GenTill™ Kit Options

Genesis Tillage™ can furnish you a kit to mount to your existing machine frame. Kits have been placed on everything from disk frames to manure tanks.  If you choose to upgrade your current machine or build one from scratch, we have the parts you need.

Kits can be designed to fit your needs and provide the following options:

· Length: work with our team to determine the length of roller that fits your frame

· Tine System: Choose the GenTill II™ or original GenTill™ tine system

· Mounting Equipment: We can work with you to provide the necessary mounting hardware

· Quick Turnaround: In most cases, kits are a quick turnaround and can be delivered via freight within a few days.

Aerway™  15ft Retro-fit 

This Aerway™ (shown below) was a 15ft single 3 point hitch mounted aerator. It was converted to all Genesis Tillage rollers and tines. The Aerway™ was turned around so the pitch of the rollers is pointing to the front of the unit (i.e.. both outside corners are forward of center.) The rear wheels were mounted to the three point hitch brackets and can be removed if needed.  The drawbar mounting was made from scratch and is hooked up to what would have been the back of the original unit. Having the pitch forward on the rollers allows the best penetration of tines and fracture of the soil.
